The best pub to go to in Castledermot. Clean and good pints. The staff are quick and friendly at the weekends. During the week not so good. I was in one day midweek and the girl working was not bothered really. But for a good night out at the weekends its the best spoit in the town. good music and friendly crowd.

Had some good nights there like New Years with Fifth Avenue, Savage band but then the other bands are brutal. Now there is no music so not worth going at all. Big let down

there was grate crack here years ago. went in last week and bar empty, bar maid playing poker machine racing on TV and too loud asked for it to be turned down got no response. Going down hill fast.

Not the only pub in town with music in-fact comes in a bad second place, pints usually poor, and bad language and shouting in bar a turnoff to any half decent Pearson but if you want a late drink never a problem

Bar is lovely. not sure about the lounge as its too open. Bands are generally too loud for the lounge but its the only spot in the town which makes an effort to have music Pints have their ups and downs but the always serves the coldest bottles of beer ever ummmmmmm

only decent pub us locals have to drink in-newly refurbished-friendly staff-great band play there called fifth avenue-only good band there if you ask me
